Parents must read/sign the Parent Handbook, swimming, etc. permissions located on our "Forms" page.
All of our outdoor activities at this program will require participants to be dressed and appropriately, for both their comfort and safety. Please bring sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), shorts or pants, a lightweight jacket, and a water bottle. Insect repellent is also recommended.
POOL GUIDELINES:
(If you wish to pick up your child before 3, you must sign them out at the pool.)
Essential precautions:
•Signed parental/guardian permission slip MUST be turned in and on file. Your child will not be allowed into the pool w/out signed permission.
•Make sure your child packs a swimsuit and a change of clothes.
•Label swimsuits, towels, and other personal items. We are not responsible for loss or theft.
•Bring a plastic bag to store wet clothes.
•It is not mandatory, but we do recommend you provide your child with w/sunscreen; the summer sun can be quite harsh.
•Your child MUST follow the Pool Rules set by the pool facility and aquatic staff. This means: No running, rough-housing/horseplay. No diving. No foul language or rude behavior. No food or drink in the pool or surrounding area.
•Shower/rinse off before swimming.
•Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool. Cut-off shorts, shirts, and street clothing are not allowed. White & light gray T-shirts in the pool ONLY. Colored shirts of any kind will not be permitted unless authorized by the pool supervisor.
