All vendors must have the following:
10x10 tent
Battery or Solar Powered lights
Tables and chairs
Your entire set-up must be within the 10x10 space
All vendors must have their State Comptroller Sales Tax ID # in order to be able to participate.
Vendor setup is between 1:00-3:00pm on July 4, 2025. If you are not on site your space will be forfeited, and you will not receive credit or a refund. Safety is our number one priority and we need to make sure that there are no vehicles parked or driving near pedestrian traffic.
The tailgate opens at 5pm, and entertainment begins at 6:00 PM. All vendors must be ready to sell by 6pm.
We will have a vendor meeting on June 18, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Brownsville Sports Park Dome/Gymnasium.
